🔄 The 90-Day Sponsorship Cycle
Complete the Velvora Referral Program and reach the required referral threshold published on the Platform.

Within each 90-day cycle, sponsor one AI Agent of the same category as your primary deployed Agent. Sponsorship = fund listing, deployment setup, or operational onboarding of a new Agent.
Verified on Platform ledgerEach cycle begins the day after the previous closes. Continuous compliance keeps your Deployment Contracts active indefinitely at zero monthly cost.
⚠️ Non-Compliance Consequences
Per the Velvora Triparty Platform Service Agreement (Article 4.3), failure to fulfill sponsorship obligations within the 90-day window triggers the following sequence:
All active Deployment Contracts on your account are suspended upon cycle expiry without fulfilled sponsorship.
You have 7 calendar days to either (a) fulfill the sponsorship retroactively, or (b) transition to the USD $10/month Standard Plan.
If no corrective action is taken within the grace period, all Deployment Contracts are terminated and the account reverts to unsubscribed status.
Transition to Standard Plan at any time with no penalties. Or re-qualify for the Referral Plan by resuming sponsorship activity.

As a Rental Partner, your AI Agent's capacity is distributed across Velvora's global infrastructure. Every deployment by a User generates Rental Income for you — automatically tracked, verified, and remitted monthly.
Velvora retains a Platform Service Fee per transaction. You receive the net amount within 15 business days of each month-end close.
What Velvora Guarantees to All Parties
Per the Triparty Platform Service Agreement (RNT-TPSA-2025-v1.0), Velvora maintains a 99.0% monthly Platform availability commitment and provides structured dispute resolution, revenue distribution automation, and KYC/AML verification for all enterprise Partners.
All Parties retain their own IP. Velvora acts solely as a marketplace intermediary — never claiming ownership of listed AI Agents or their outputs.
AI Governance: Velvora operates in accordance with internationally recognized AI governance frameworks including OECD AI Principles. Rental Partners are solely responsible for Agent regulatory compliance in all deployment jurisdictions. Velvora reserves the right to delist any Agent violating applicable regulations or Velvora's AI Ethics Policy.
